Dysfunctional Workplace ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING - very poor management - unfair treatment due to politics in the workplace - if you?re a self-starter and passionate about your work, it ends up not working in your favor - harassment constantly occurs, especially by management - plenty of work expectations for such little or no reward and pay - communication among employees and management are terrible - HR doesn?t do anything to help the employees because they?re always protecting upper management and the company - the owner and family are disrespectful - unsafe work environment - the lunches that would happen after every June/December showtime Overall, if you don?t have a personality, don?t value your self worth or have any direction in your life, this is the perfect place to work and get paid for wasting your time here.
