Chaotic Mess I have never worked for a company so disorganized and chaotic -- it went far beyond the normal craziness of a tech startup. My coworkers and I kept a running list of the employees who quit or got laid off. We were averaging 1-2 people per week by the time I left the company. The marketing and HR departments in particular have employee turnaround like a revolving door. Company leadership constantly disagreeing with each other and changing their minds made everyone's jobs unnecessarily difficult. A lot of managers who were perhaps decent at their jobs were terrible at managing people, and the employees underneath them suffered. Low morale across the board.
