Celtra Culture...What Culture? Celtra prides themselves on their "culture" when they do not have any. Most come in, stay in their comfort zone and remain cliquey. There was not a genuine sense of connection between departments, which I found odd being such a small office. No opportunity for growth. Managers have favorites regardless of work ethic. Little to no organization or communication within teams. New hires coming in and out frequently. Found to be lot's of politics and some issues with the CEO, ex: calling some employees "dogs".
