Worst experience ever literally everything except the kids. Staff was cliquey, management was awful, protocols to keep you safe WERE NOT FOLLOWED. I watched multiple people get seriously injured on the job. Management does nothing about the cottages being understaffed. Pay was terrible. Staff treated patients very poorly, name calling, calling them out of their preferred genders, throwing stuff at them. It was the saddest experience I've ever had. I can't stress how important it is to feel like your staff is on a team and you all have each others backs, especially in this type of work, you won't get that here until they start hiring more competent staff.
