Stay Far Away Incredibly sexist environment. The women are treated entirely differently than the men and are quicker to be let go regardless of matching performances. Work life balance is nonexistent. Many employees have been fired for not working on the weekends, over holidays, while on approved vacation, etc. Lack of direction, understanding, and communication from management. Zero market research. They brand themselves as making a difference when instead they are attempting to bait & switch restaurants, and have caused a handful to go out of business.
