Stay far away poor training plans. pay is below average for market average. entry level workers are treated poorly and reminded that they are easily replaced. raises are a joke, and annual performance reviews are never on time. When I was hired I was told there would be a 90day raise if my performance was better than expected, then on my 90days I was told with a smile that they do not do 90day raises ever. Management keeps workers in the dark on purpose, and changes their mind about policies and procedures constantly. There is no employee appreciation, and employee satisfaction is across the board their biggest issue.
