Stay Far Away! This company plays favorites for sure - if you're upper management or have been with the company for over 5 years then you're safe. If you love to be micromanaged then this company is for you. You will micromanaged for EVERY little thing you do - down to writing a standard email to another employee. Some employees are allowed to work remote (and have a lower expectation of work than in office employees). It's a small company so I understand not have many perks - however to make your employees pay for parking and keys to the office is a little ridiculous. The office is supposed to be a cool trendy spot in Asbury Park, but know you will be packed like a sardine and will be sitting at a desk that you'll barely have enough room to put a notebook on.
