Not a long term situation The office is extremely dirty, the kitchen is unsanitary, and bathrooms are disgusting. There is no process in place to be effective and the owners can't be bothered to look you in the eye and say hello as they pass you in the hallway. Showrooms look lovely but what's happening in back is the conditions of a third world country. There's also no room for growth and employees are miserable.
