Bad reviews are real. I found out the hard way Unethically corrupt working environment. Favoritism will get you ahead if you ?play the game?. Sexist, racist and morally unscrupulous company. Can?t mention how many times I heard racists and sexist comments. Directors, managers and office assistants partaking in disruptive drunk banter during office hours while the CEO was away. New comers beware! Either you are part of the click and you play the game or you are hired as a scapegoat for all the companies problems. There is no middle ground at Americord. Sadly the CEO is aware and part of the problem. He knows what is going on, addresses it ?publicly? for HR and then looks the other way. They hire smart people, if they want you; you can do better. If you work there you will regret it.
