Like walking back 20 years into the ghost of banking past I don?t even know where to start. It?s an operational nightmare. Everything is still done the way they did it 20 years ago, and if you ask why or if you make a suggestion you just hear ?well we?ve always done it this way.? Not to mention that they?re trying to develop more of a sales culture because they?re bleeding money, but there?s NO CRM in place, not even something as simple as Salesforce - everything is tracked in excel sheets that differs from employee to employee. I have friends who have one or two employee businesses and have made bigger investments into trying to grow their client base than this place. Nothing is streamlined, everything takes a thousand steps. If I could afford it, I would go back to my lower paying old job but that?s not an option so I?m stuck here until something better comes along.
