Doesn't care about it's employees When I first started with the company it was a wonderful place to work. Then they brought in new upper management that managed by bullying and intimidating the employees. I was pressured to add additional products to loans that the member did not ask for in hopes that they would not notice what they were purchasing. The credit union became more about making money than caring about its membership and employees. The pay was decent but no amount of money is worth working in such a toxic environment .
