WORSE CLUB IN COMPANY The club is corrupt as hell they dont care about the employees. you are told to be a team player and never say "that not my job". yet when you take responibility for something no one else is doing you are told to stay in place. There is no leadership what so ever.and the corporate people that visit never check the kitchen out or even ask if the staff is ok. The servers get no training from anyone they just guess through the job. Gm is rude and doesnt listen help out if there is a problem he just lets it fall apart. There is no type of communication between front and back of house because the managers refuse to do a staff meeting.
