Damagingly political, old fashioned, hierarchical Like working in one of those historical re-enactment places. Change resistant doesn't even hint at it. If you're comfortable working in an upstairs downstairs environment, insane levels of bureaucracy and admin with no prospects for advancement, apply within. PS as a newcomer you will be 'downstairs'.
