Catty culture, long term employees promoted beyond their skill level, lack of class I can't say that my experience here has been the exception. I've spoken with many former employees as well as current employees. Their workforce is generally less educated than other places I have worked. Long term employees are promoted to their capability cap... which means many department leads lack the imagination and skill set needed to improve their current process. Lastly, I have found many departments to have a terrible company culture -- incredible catty and classless. Their pricing department is by far the worst in this regard, with marketing as a close second.
