Beware! This company does not live its' values. Senior management is manipulative and non collaborative. Business model is to hire young workers and "encourage" older workers to leave. Great if you're under 30 bright and good looking. Used to be bright and hard working was good enough. While I embrace the work hard play hard philosophy, management's encouragement and expectation of excessive drinking is unprofessional. HR's complicity is disappointing. CEO's alliance with junior level players in key positions will make it hard for the company to grow and nurture a positive, rewarding environment.
