Horrible place for high-achieving staff Below-market pay with no merit-based increases. Terrible health benefits (upwards of $800/month for a couple, regardless of your age or health status). Low morale after salaries were cut, with the administration saying they "can't say" when pay will be reinstated. Very little staff appreciation. Many directors have no managerial or organizational skills, and rely on their staff to do much of their work because they don't know how. No infrastructure for feedback. If you give constructive criticism, you will be branded as "negative" or "a squeaky wheel." Administration refuses to take responsibility for its role in the downward trajectory of the school.
