Unorganized and unfair ? Don?t waste your time on this company There is no such thing as work/life balance at this company for certain position. A hand full of people actually work at this company and they are consistently over looked for promotions. Pay is well below market value for the job titles and expectations. SOME employees do the jobs of multiple people and are barely paid for one. Preferential treatment given to certain associations by upper management. Don?t expect a decent raise. At the most be prepared for 2%. Bonuses are promised but never delivered. Most likely they are saved for upper management. There are several managers there that are no value add to the company. Upper management is out of touch and either doesn?t know what?s going on or doesn?t care.
