Wolf in sheeps clothing They lure you with decent salaries, promising growth and opportunity to learn. They then throw you under the bus, run to hr and tear you down for everything under the sun. Terrible management skills, and can't keep employees as a result. Associates, paralegals and secretaries leave within months, retention is terrible because they run the firm like a sweat shop. Ignore the other comments that make it seem like a great place to work because it is NOT
