The Truth..... will set you free.... 1. Another Mass Exodus : You can blame this on the current executives team brilliant idea to create 6 foot high OPEN cubes (call centre atmosphere). A company only the size should have more stability. Read previous reviews on how the owner cleans house every 24 - 36 months. 2. Main product line is outdated and needs a facelift. This has been in the works for some time. Changes are very slow to the market place. This should not be the case for a company in this space. 3. Sales cycle is extremely long. Ask how many net new customers there were in the last year. 4. Very competitive market space. It's hard to compete with the likes of IBM, CA, and Oracle. These companies already have huge foot-prints into the clients. 5. Marketing - It's a lost cause. Need to start from scratch. 6. Culture/Morale - Hard to say it is the feel of a start-up. Lack of passion and sense of direction. Internal groups working against each other instead of with each other. If your "still in it".. you?re going down with the ship! Morale is at an all-time low. Basically a "keep your head down and do you job mentality." 7. Be cautious of the recent "positive" reviews. Due to the recent exodus - needed to boost the rating.. if you can read between the lines..
