HIGH TURNOVER RATE Contradicting directions Micromanaging Attorney ego Employee respect is completely absent No sense of organization - in the office, the databases or in the ED?s logic ED expects will ask you to work on weekends and late evenings (when you are no longer in the office) then expects those hours to be ?volunteer hours? and not included in timesheets Organization fails to appropriately represent the clients its serving in a timely, respectable manner ED works remote and will keep employees the phone for hours over something that could and SHOULD be resolved in minutes ED does not remember anything (court dates, deadlines, etc) and consistently blames others ED will not learn your name until you?ve slaved over work for them without any direction, and then still be will forget ED will give you 1,000 tasks, expected to be done in ?5 minutes,? as he fails to prioritize what is actually urgent and needs tended to then becomes irrational when you attempt to challenge him on what should be given attention ED will speak poorly of other employees and refer to them as ?incompetent? Staff morale is awful ED will make you feel disposable You will be emotionally and mentally drained every single day as an employee of the Center and have to cope with the psychological roller coaster that the ED takes you on long after you leave.
