Owner is clueless, this place is over Owner and his daughter are shameless and don't care about their employees. They say one thing and do another. The daughter who runs the place is always yelling, mean, rude, can NEVER admit that she actually makes mistakes and always talking about how much she has or doesn't have because she's so cheap. Don't ever expect a raise, even after 14 years! Not trustworthy at all.
