Exactly what reviews say I have never seen a company bully employees like this place does. If they see a dust bunny you?re getting a write up and demoted. Their approach on handling coaching situations is not professional and have seen multiple managers quit due to a lack of job security. You can deep clean the store for a full day, have good sales, tell you how great you?re doing..then boom you?re demoted. The owner and her minions are catty, rude, and completely unprofessional. Have never experienced anything like this
