Do not work or study here! People here do not respect you. If you did a good job, they take it as what you have to do. No appreciation. I have been working here for years and never got raised. The pay is really low comparing to the responsibilities you have and the jobs that they ask you to do. It might be your responsibility directly or it could be someone else?s job that they ask you to do and you have to do it. At some points, I question what if it?s even legal that they manage like this. The school has so much problems and never communicate with the employees or students. This place is such a bad environment to work or study. Even though they just renovated, but we sometimes have no classroom and has to sit and study in the conference room. It was a weird decision to decrease classrooms and have a bigger interns room, which they are suppose to see the patients and be with the patients. So weird. In short, the management is really shady and it has been like this for years.
