Unless Desperate Don?t I count my blessings everyday that I was able to leave Norchem for an amazing job. It was the worst job I?ve had and mostly due to the company culture and treatment of employees. The large core of the company is family and trust me it?s no ideal situation for anyone who?s not family. All the reviews say you must want to work hard or else it is not the place for you. It?s true, but who would want to work hard and be dedicated in a company where they don?t feel appreciated. The building is very old, very dusty, broken AC...No company perks at all and benefits are almost non existent. There are so many great companies out there that treat you well and give you perks. Unfortunately Norchem is a micro managing environment and penny pinching. Keep looking!!
