I?m surprised they?re still standing. Where do I begin? Upper management needs serious training. I won?t say across all clients but the Account team of their two biggest clients is legit a circus. Tons of lazy account people that have clearly never worked at a real agency because they would get eaten alive. I?ve never worked with an account team like the two I did, they poorly managed accounts and loved to spend there days placing blame on lower level employees. Davis Elen is not one of the more progressive agencies in the city. The work falls flat, they literally repurpose creative they?ve done over and over again. There?s no space to allow creative to grow. I could go on and on but there?s not enough time in a day.
