Micro managed, knee jerk reaction to band aid problems, high turnover, poor process, franchises are hired without any work to give them, bids for jobs are low and cheap, pay is low, responsibility is a 9 hour day, and you had better answer your phone on the weekends. Watch out for the sales director, is if it?s not beneficial to her then your just in the way. Formulating a half assed plans to see if they work isn?t running a business.
