The worst SOC to work in the DC area The directors and managers have ZERO leadership quality. Only care about themselves. Analysts are constantly filing HR complaints against each other and none of the directors and managers does anything about it. HR is just as bad with inactivity to solve issues. Employees were constantly fighting each other. Some of the female analysts were sleeping with the managers to get get promotions. By far the worse place to work in the DC area.
