The more things change... the more they stay the same This is a very negative place to work. Management rules by fear and constantly telling employees that they are replaceable. Raises never happen, the company is constantly crying poverty and saying they cannot afford any improvements. Senior management makes changes frequently without any long range planning or direction. The management style is very reactionary rather than visionary. Employees are not valued, and neither are customers.
