Some of the clients are a disaster and senior management puts the ridiculous whims of the clients above its employees. Grow a backbone. senior management puts their bloated paychecks above the rank and file employees. Management plays favorites with staffing assignments. If you?re liked, you get the nice clients and don?t have to work hard. If you?re not liked, you should leave because your life is a living hell. Some employees have been their WAY to long and have no clue how the industry is supposed to work. Tenure is valued above ability which leads to mediocrity.
