Terrible work environment Ferial is a micromanager and her refusal to accept her lack of knowledge about things as simple as Excel stymie any creativity and drive in the team Borderline illegal and unsafe working conditions e.g one fume hood was not working for a week and instead of ceasing all chemical work in that hood, management decided to drape it with towels. Also, witnessed Ferial make another worker dump out known carcinogenic (DCM) chemical waste without proper PPE (mask).Workers are severely underpaid - No room for career advancement
