RUN! TERRIBLE ORGANIZATIONS Comparable to a High School - Clicky and cliche - only football players and cheerleader need apply. If your not in the cool crowd, you won't fit in and you'll be pushed aside. Senior Executive Team lacks diversity. Most positions for women are lower level with mid level titles to keep them out of the Executive chambers.
