Run if you like your sanity Very low morale - condescending, unprofessional, disrespectful behaviors top to bottom creating toxic environment. Some other intolerable common practices are; extreme micromanagement, scapegoating, pettiness and inachiavble expectations. If you really just need something, take the job, but if you need to stay sane and healthy this is not the place, it?s not worth it.
