run don't walk They put inexperienced staff in charge to "manage" other staff. The culture became that of which was spying on co-workers, eavesdropping; division. I have never seen such a group of unhappy workers because the management puts dollars before people. The staff has to punch in for their shifts. If they punch late, they are docked (pennies); if they punch in early, they are scolded. The staff are treated like a children in a daycare rather than a law firm.
