Pediatrician Too numerous to enumerate all. The owner redefines the word micromanager. The majority of the physicians and nurse practitioners are unhappy with the oppressive work culture and as a result, the majority stay for no more than a few years. The work load is also oppressive where they schedule sick visits every 5 minutes and well visits are every 10 minutes. The physicians also have to give all of the immunizations because there are no nurses. It is not uncommon to have your "medical assistant" be a 19 or 20 year-old where their only trying was on-the-job at Tribeca Peds. The mistakes made by these "medical assistants' were frequent and very annoying. Let's put it this way, I would not take my children to this fast for factory nor would I recommend it to anyone else who is looking for good care for their children. The practice is very poorly regarded by other pediatricians in NYC. One final point, there are no sinks or running water in the exam rooms because the owner does not believe in hand washing. Enough said!
