Not Worth The Time, look somewhere else. No pay raises, horrible management, no benefits, no training. This company has no problem sending an un-trained employee to go work on a hospitals, critical, life safety system and charge a premium price for the labor. You will go on call with very little training. Stress is high at this company and it doesn't need to be. No body wanst to do anything, everybody just pushes their work on down the ladder for someone else to complete. Field techs often get stuck doing engineering, drafting CAD drawings,even though they have zero experience doing so.
