Not worth the stress No minorities in upper management - solely white men running the company. Complete disconnect between upper management and management/production teams. Transparency between upper management and management/production teams is nonexistent. Very secretive and stressful work environment with layoffs common - many of the most talented and enjoyable employees chose to leave on their own when layoffs began. Generally, bullying is common with a lot of negative gossip and an overall unsafe atmosphere in the office at all times. Sexual harassment was common - it was draining. No sick days. No working from home. Seemingly no interest towards evolving as a company.
