Neverlane Where do I begin... This place will have you doubting your self-worth and your competence in your job. In actuality, there are a lot of people here who are inexperienced but just talk the loudest. Several people in leadership positions clearly are inexperienced but have been with the company so long you see why they are holding the roles they have. I would not recommend this company to anyone who is not a cis white person. The CEO is a borderline sociopath who you can literally tell doesn?t believe in diversity. Sure the words coming out of his mouth may make you think he does, but after watching him in meetings, it?s all a charade. He is rude, demanding (not in the good way), and lacks any form of empathy. He plays favorites and trust me if work at Everlane you know exactly who his pets are. HR is a literal joke, I would not trust a single one of them with anything confidential. If you?re really considering working here, I suggest you really read up on this company and reach out to former employees to get their take. These 5-star reviews are suspect and should be taken with a hefty grain of salt. Believe what you've read in recent articles about Everlane because it's all true no matter how they try to spin it.
