More bad than good You'll continue to get more and more work and be expected to do it all. The culture, toxic and gossipy. Colleagues openly badmouth each other, some blame others when issues come up. There's a lot of attitude when people disagree or have to do something they don't like, and you hear it all. Unorganized. unreasonable, passive aggressive culture.
