Look elsewhere Honestly, company promises new employees a great deal & then doesn't deliver. Company culture is one of submissive workers whom accept what they're given & dont speak up. They are a GC that does public work that low bid jobs, cuts corners that gets them in constant trouble with the client, & short changes their subcontractors. Place is a revolving door for employees & subs.
