Inpatient Coder Low pay and no raises ever. If you work over 40 hours but it is for two different client then you don't get overtime. No company equipment or support from management. They tell you hours are guaranteed but that is not true. You can go from 40 hours one week to 20 the next depending on their business needs. They will call you at any hour and expect that you are available if they need something so it gives a very poor work life balance. It's like always being on call.
