If you want to grow in your skills and career, STAY AWAY! Most of the senior leadership team is either only looking out for themselves, or incompetent in their role. Due to this, there is little to zero mentor-ship available here, unless you are lucky enough to work under someone that knows it's not a great place to work. Those people tend to be more real when they know it's a toxic environment, which it was. Like a previous post mentioned, from what I understood in my time working there, all financial accounts were extremely past due and would continually get put off until creditors were threatened to come to the door. A few people there seem to be "untouchable" and can literally do anything they want and not get disciplined for their actions, all the way up to VP level. This created a very toxic and unpleasant working environment for most people I worked with. The positive comments on this site are only there because the company asked current employees to pad the rating. I know this because I was one of the people that was asked to post, and just never did while working there. If you are looking for an interesting project to work, Denton House has some cool ones. If you are looking for correct processes in architecture and design, Denton House is not for you. If you take your career seriously, Denton House is not for you. If you are looking for some quick and interesting experience and can handle an immature and often pompous co-worker group (including senior staff), Denton House might be a short pit-stop in your career worth considering. All in all, if you value yourself and your career, there are many other reputable design and architecture firms that will do great deal more for you than Denton House will.
