I would rather shovel coprolites This work environment has been called "toxic" in other reviews. I can only echo that. Management couldn't care less about you. One example says it all. They laid off 25-28 front line workers, people in many different disciplines and at different levels. This because of new federal contract requirements. At this exact time, the entire group of Senior Management and their families went on an all expense paid "retreat" to Lake Tahoe, for a week. The cost of that junket for a nonprofit is scandalous. If they had gone to a local venue they could have used those monetary resources to have saved a few jobs here. It is disgraceful.
