I don't get a sense of pride when I tell people I've worked here The culture is very weak. I heard the word "family" used often, which may have been their half-hearted attempt at creating a stronger culture but they don't trust their staff which undermines any genuine effort. Compensation is meager at best and don't be surprised if you have to fight for a rise. Getting your vacation time approved is a bitter pill for management.
