Horrible work environment, bad attitudes, and total lack of respect Horrible management, no direction, everyone believes to be someone?s boss, people will smile and cheer you on until you walk away and then they stab you in the back, you don?t have to work or actually do a good job as long as you constantly say you work too hard and do an excellent job It will suffice for you to get credit while the ones that actually do work hard keep getting blamed for the shortcomings of the ones that don?t. The list can go on indefinitely... rodent problems (unless you enjoy cleaning up rat droppings from your desk in the mornings), lack of adequate quiet space to concentrate, bathroom shortages, AC that constantly fails, extremely high turnover even at senior management level.....etc....etc....etc...
