Horrible Career Move! Turn is a mess! No vision, poor technology and leadership and absolutely no culture. Constant change and churn through both individual contributors and leaders results in very poor culture and accountability. It's really a miserable place! Sales, engineering and product leadership are terrible- no clue how to lead teams or understanding of Turn's value prop. No one has any accountability and as such Turn has lost tons of business. I would steer clear away from this company!
