Grossly underpaid The amount of money they pay workers should be illegal. Workers are expected to know motion design and be ok with making less than junior graphic designers while doing double the work. Leadership will repeatedly push you and tell you the design is not good enough? good for growth but that toxic mentality eats at people after a while. I have seen a whole creative team within a year because of the way they treat their workers. Expected to stay late on pitches because strategy and account cannot agree on anything.
