Former Teacher Lack of support from Adminisrators, unrealistic expectations, overworked, lack of communication, too much nepotism and cronyism. The student population is shrinking. Very political environment. It's not what you know but who you know! Favoritism, creating jobs for your friends kids, etc. The ES is overcrowded and in need of repair. The Super focuses more on the HS and sports.
