I saw the efforts of HR and idealistic employees trampled. Required to cut salaries, lay-off hopeful employees and promote failing promises to employees, hardship and lack of compromise. Constant change without consideration and horrible evaluation of employee contribution. Mean girl club and constant inconsistency. Sad, at one time there was promise; an opportunity most hired within the last three years didn?t have the privilege to experience. With hope the new CEO will help evaluate position, promote the brand, and analyze opportunity but I?m doubtful the bus can turn its course for a company that is clearly failing.
