Favoritism Favoritism runs rampet, unless your one of th favorite your going to get garbage work and make no money week after week, and watch A techs do ?gravy? all day everyday. No raises and low pay for doing constant work well above training level. No yearly reviews ( because they don?t want you knowing where you stand so they don?t have to give you a raise). Benefits are insanely expensive. Most inportantly NO ADVANCEMENT opportunities for technicians so don?t believe them when they say there are.
