Extremely Bad Vibes There is a lot of turn-over here, and I should have seen the red flag when I was hired pretty much on the spot. There were no formalities, and it's my fault for not seeing the writing on the wall. The senior writer there does NOT like competition and will go out of her way to squash someone who doesn't think exactly like her, making it impossible to advance. The partners say they have an exceptionally welcoming open-door policy, but the way the environment is there, you're made to feel as though you'll get fired if you say something in opposition to anyone. There are a lot of politics for such a small agency and if you're a talented creative, you are way better off somewhere else! Don't "thinkso," think NOT!
